GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for three (3) National Stock Numbers in the 4140 Federal Supply Class. The SPQ will begin on the date of award, and will be for a one year period. QUOTES ARE TO BE VALID UNTIL AWARD IS MADE. The NSNs are part of GSA's Special Order Program (SOP). All quotes for this RFQ are to be FOB destination for direct delivery to customer location. This SPQ is being established with no minimum order quantity requirement. A minimum order quantity of two or more will not be accepted unless no other quotes are received at a price determined to be fair and reasonable by the Contracting Officer. SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Please place the Solicitation Number in the subject line of the email quote to ensure your quote is received.
