GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 4140-00-833-5068, in the 4140 Federal Supply Class. The NSN is part of GSA's Special Order Program. Pricing is requested as FOB Destination for Direct Delivery to customer location. This SPQ is being established with no minimum order quantity requirement. There is a current demand for a quantity of 1400. The estimated quantity for one year is 4351 based on the last three (3) years usage. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to GSA SOP orders, the following clauses apply; 52.225-5-Trade Agreement; and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items.
