The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for civil works services to Building A59 at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. The work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the air handlers. The period of performance of this contract will be from Date of Contract Award through 135 days. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. Complete specifications will be provided along with the solicitation. It is estimated that the price for this requirement will be less than $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
