The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, management, storage, permits, transportation, and other items necessary to overhaul existing chiller plants at various Metrorail Stations. Work will include inspecting, servicing, testing and overhauling certain Carrier and McQuay chillers. Bidders need to be Registered in the State of Virginia. Estimated cost range will be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work to be completed within 1140 Calendar Days after NTP. There is no DBE goal required.
