The 3-node LAN will be comprised of Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipm ent to provide secure (128-bit AES encryption) Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) via Orthogon Gemini LOS equipment. The LOS System will include the following: 6 ea 5.4Ghz PTP Int Link 43Mb, 3 ea 5.4Gh Int. End 43Mb, 3 ea Telemast 40 Steel, 3 ea Routers (2811 w/ AC PWR, 2FE, 4HWICs, 2PVDMs, 1NME, 2AIMS, IPBASE, 64F/256D, 3 ea RU Transit Case for router w/drawer, 3 ea Transit cases or Antennas, Radios, 3 ea Cat 5 cable 1000 foot, 3 ea Power Strips/ Patch Panels/Telephones. Delivery term for shipment is f reight on board (FOB) origin. The capability proposed assumes the following: clear Line of Sight (LOS) between LAN nodes, system performances is 36Mbps throughput at 20 miles with clear LOS, proper power will be supplied to the networking equipment, there is no UPS included with this delivery, handsets and associated cables will be stored in a rack mounted transit case with the routers, operators are familiar with installation of 40 feet mast, the spares included is for the RF equipment only. This requirem ent is for one country (Lebanon), this is one case/project, for one location in Lebanon. Equipment must be compliant to country voltage. When the solicitation is issued, priced responses for this requirement will be for all or nothing (Total package appr oach).
