The MICC Fort Hunter Liggett requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following:
LI 001, Bulk Ice Delivery-Warrior 91 13-01 FFP Request ice to be delivered to TISA, BLDG 903, Camp Roberts, CA. First shipment is 2,288 Bags (20 lbs Bags), to be delivered on 1 March 2013. Remaining shipments will be as required or requested by the COR Not To Exceed (NTE) 9,152 Bags. Coordination with the COR will be via telephone to arrange delivery time. Vendor will be notified a minimum of 24 hours in advance of subsequence requests for ice deliveries. Ice must be fit for human consumption. Contract price must include delivery charges. Vendor will only invoice the number of actual bags delivered, NTE 9,152 Bags. Duration of this CLIN is 1 March 2013 thru 31 March 2013. Delivery Requirement: Initial delivery is 2,288 Bags (20 lbs Bags). No partial deliveries are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award., 9152, 20lbs Bags;

For this solicitation, MICC Fort Hunter Liggett intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Hunter Liggett is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
