NA Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform service, minor repair and cleaning to the residential HVAC system in the support of the Directorate of Installation Support located at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Housing un its shall be occupied during the contract period. Therefore, at the end of each workday the HVAC system shall be fully functional and usable. This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract with the ability to order up to 195 dwelling units. Orders may be placed in any number of dwelling units at anytime during the contract period. Contract performance period is 01 October 03 or date of contract award through 365 calendar days from the date of receiving the Notice to Proceed. The work shall be accomplished at a rate of at least 1 (one) dwelling unit per workday when an order is placed. All units are Lennox Pulse furnaces. This acquisition is a small business set-aside.
