This Request for Quote (RFQ) #89233120QNA000166 is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Heckler & Koch Defense.  All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government.  However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract; based upon responses to this RFQ, is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
