The purpose of this draft Request for Proposals is to offer potential offerors the opportunity to provide comments for consideration. The Government is requesting potential offerors provide comments relating to the evaluation and source selection methodology (i.e. Sections L&M), M320/M320A1 production rates, delivery schedules, quantity ranges currently stated in Section B, delivery order ordering procedures including minimum and maximum quantities, and any other areas where potential offerors believe there are opportunities for impartial solicitation improvement. The closing date for commenting is 13 September 2019 and all comments will be considered by the Government in finalizing the solicitation. Comments are to be submitted by e-mail to Contract Specialist Tariq Miakhel at [email protected]. There is no prescribed format for commenting and potential offerors are reminded that participation in this commenting process, while encouraged, is strictly voluntary and respondents will not be remunerated for participation. Potential offerors are hereby notified the final solicitation will be issued on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The applicable NAICS code is 332994 with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. It is anticipated the final solicitation will be issued no later than 1 October 2019 with a closing date of thirty calendar days thereafter. Any requests for the Technical Data Package from interested parties will not be considered until the final solicitation is issued.
