Solicitation is unrestricted,   Full and Open Competition after exclusion of a source.  Weapons code is Z9N and the end item is Aircraft, FA-18, A-D, E/F, G.  Non Commercial and is not CSI.     Critical application applies.  In accordance with specification number MIL-DTL-83420M. QPL applies.  Surge and sustainment is not required.  The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 110 Rolls.  The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 28 Rolls.  The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 28 Rolls. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 110 Rolls. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 220 Rolls. The Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies.
