The US Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this synopsis as a Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation will be issued. The work consists of furnishing ten thousand (10,00) feet of Wire rope, 6 x 37, EIPS, IWRC, Steel Core, 1-1/4 inches, Lubricated, with Closed Spelter Socket on inside of roll next to reel - 2 reels @ 5,000 feet each; and six hundred (600) feet of wire rope, 6 x 37, EIPS, IWRC, REGULAR LAY, Lubricated, with Open Spelter Socket in the inside of the Reel - 1-5/8 inches - 1 reel containi ng 600 feet. The rope shall be delivered to the Ensley Engineer Yard located at 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109. Only American made rope will be considered. No foreign made material will be accepted.
