Bids may be submitted and updated online until Friday, September 6, 2019, at 1:00 PM. At that time bids will be made available online. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, replacement and repair of approximately 650 linear feet of sanitary sewer and associated work. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Interested bidders need to register at the PennBID web-site. Once registered, bidders can obtain all project documents and submit and update their bids online. Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM on September 3, 2019 regarding the project will not be acknowledged.
