All bids must be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 205 South Lincoln Avenue, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016. Bids must be sealed and properly identified, giving the name and address of the bidder and marked with the name of item of equipment bid on. All bids are F.O.B., Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, with freight fully prepaid to destination at the Office of the City Clerk, 205 South Lincoln Avenue. 2. Bids will be publicly opened and read on the date specified in the Notice Inviting Bids. 3. Bids which are entered upon any other form or proposal than the one specified by the City of Beaver Dam may be rejected and not considered for award purposes. 4. The City of Beaver Dam reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept such bid as they deem most advantageous to the City of Beaver Dam. The City reserves the right to consider the proposals for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of the bids and will then either award the contract or reject all bids within that time. No bidder may withdraw its bid within the (30) day period.
