This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332999 and the size standard is less than 500 employees. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 1 June 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001.

Quotes shall propose a firm fixed price per rack system subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. All quotes should be FOB destination to Fort Harrison, Montana, 59636.

Synopsis:

The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) anticipates purchasing a WAREHOUSE PALLET RACK WIRE DECKING SHELVING conforming APPROXIMATELY to the following specifications. Minor structurally sound deviations are acceptable.

1. Pallet rack, upright, 42 D x 120 H, 3-1-5/8 columns. 18,000 pound capacity, green. Quantity = 32.

2. Pallet rack beam, 96L x 3-7/8H, 5007#/pair capacity, orange. Quantity = 96

3. Wire deck, 42D x 46 W, 3-challel, gray enamel finish, 2-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 5-gauge grid, 2500 pound capacity. Quantity = 96

4. Delivery, assembly, and installation of all above parts.

5. Hex head concrete anchors as needed, drilling, drill bits and labor to install TWO per upright (one per column).

Proposers shall provide a firm fixed price quote for layout, cost of materials, freight, and installation in a warehouse at Fort Harrison, Montana, 59636.

The provision of 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (April 2002) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3 Alt I clause needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items (January 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Capability. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, price will be the determining factor. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its supplements DFAR and AFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition;
