This is a total small business set-aside. A firm fixed price commercial order will be issued. Anticipated award date will be on or about September 12, 2006. The Fish and Wildlife Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotations and Purchase Orders. You must register in EC at web site http://www.ccr.gov.
