The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Glynco, GA has a need for 100,000 rounds of .38 SPL Reduce-Hazard Training Ammunition (RHTA), lead-free projectiles, strictly for training purposes. Ammunition bid on this RFQ shall conform to the attached solicitation specifications and requirements. The ammunition and all of the component parts bid shall be free of the eight Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) monitored metals known as the RCRA 8 further identified in the Section C paragraph 1.5 of this RFQ. This is an unrestricted requirement. Bid samples are required for testing for those vendors who have not submitted 9mm products for testing and received approval from FLETC on those products in the past 6 months. Submission requirements are stated in Section L of this this RFQ.
