Chip Seal Construction- The Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forests requires chip seal construction on the Methow Valley Ranger District. Work includes but is not limited to the application of bituminous asphalt on approximately 1.4 miles, double lane. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, tools and transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract.
