The 37th Street ROW Landscaping consists of landscape improvements along Right-of-Way within Evans, Colorado. The scope of the project includes portions of Mountain View Road, portions of Harbor Lane & 37th Street. For exact scope of work, refer to the maps in Article 5, some portions of the project identified in the plan set have been excluded from this project for various reasons. A brief summary of the site work includes clearing existing scrub vegetation and mulch from right-of-way landscape areas, and installing site improvements such as gabion walls, rock mulch, planting areas and irrigation. Bids will be received by the Project Manager until 1:00pm on May 26th, 2022, at which time said bids will be opened and evaluated. Pre-Bid Meeting: A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00am, on May 5, 2022 using Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders are required to email Scott Sandridge at [email protected] by 3:00pm, on May 3, 2022, to obtain an evite for the pre-bid meeting. Emails received after that deadline will not be responded to and contractors will not be able to attend the pre bid.
