The project area includes improvements from Severn Avenue up to the Insley Court cul-de-sac through the properties of 3733 Severn, 3739 Severn and 4100 Insley Court. Improvements include storm drainage and sewer infrastructure improvements to replace aging/deteriorating systems and other related activities.
