The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to procure a Used Tracked Sugarcane Chopper Harvester with less than 2000 hours use. The machine must include but is not limited to: 8.1 L engine (>300 hp), hydrostatic transmission, cab with AC and heat, 8 blade, 15-inch differential chop system, topper, 18 inch bent track pads with sealed and lubricated standard tract chains, 5 foot, variable speed primary extractor with vertical arm and independent rotating primary hood, secondary extractor with rotating hood, elevator should be completely rebuilt and be long enough to dump billets from either side into a CAMECO high-dump weigh wagon, provide extended warranty to cover parts and labor repair for a period equivalent to that of a new harvester. Provide training on the use and daily maintenance of the machine for up to 4 USDA employees. FOB to the USDA, ARS, Sugarcane Research Unit, 501 Bull Run Road, Schriever, Louisiana.
