The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Poisonous Plant Lab, Logan, Utah, requires one NEW Total Mixed Ration (TMR) Mixer Wagon. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, technical capability and past performance. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business (fewer than 500 employees). In the event no reasonable offers are received from responsible small business, the solicitation will be reissued without the set-aside.
