The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Water Management Research, Fort Collins, Colorado, requires one NEW stationary thresher to thresh corn, sunflower, wheat, and dry beans in the field with a capacity of at least 2500 pounds/hour. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, technical capability and past performance. This solicittion is 100% set-aside for small busiiness (fewer than 500 employees). In the event no reasonable offers are received from responsible small business, the solicitation will be reissued without the set-aside.
