The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to procure a Single Traveling-head Modular Feeder for Cotton. The specifications for modular feeder are, but not limited to: installation including all labor, materials and components for one new or factory reconditioned (to meet the original standards of the manufacturer) 15 bale/hour capacity. The modular feeder shall be installed/delivered FOB to the USDA, ARS, Cotton Ginning Laboratory, Stoneville, Mississippi. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about July 1, 2004. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package.
