The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in Aberdeen, ID has a requirement for a single row potato harvester from Double L model 850 with optional Bagging platform. Due to the sensitivity or our research we need to have local sources to provide part & service as needed to keep the harvester operational at an economical cost. The USDA intends on negotiating with the only known local source for a singe row potato harvester Double L located near our research plot. A RFQ is not available for this procurement, interested firms are encouraged to submit proposal to the attention of Fred Gifford as listed in this notice. See numbered note 22.
