This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DPWFOR91134003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 03 June 2009, 2:00 P.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 333111, Size STD 500.
