This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a Compost Windrow Turner. The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB TX, is requesting information IAW 15.201(e) for End of Year planning purposes to obtain price and delivery on the following: Pull type Compost Windrow Turner, with water system. Costs should include equipment price and FOB destination. Material: Any organic material such as manure, grasses, leaves, straw, yard trimmings, brush, etc. Windrow Size: Maximum 50 inches tall by 90 inches wide. Drum speed: Minimum 380 RPM. Production Rate: Minimum 350 cubic yards per hour. PTO Speed: Nominal 540 RPM. Required to be used with a minimum 29 HP and Maximum 82 HP Utility tractor. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 423820 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This RFI is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation of an offer. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited.
