This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2 this is a Total Small-Business set-aside requirement. The requirement is for a commercial ride on sprayer. Delivery location is the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC), 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000 and shall be FOB destination. Delivery required within 30 days of contract award. Item Number 2 - Liquid Rate Controller for Z-Spray Model - 1 EA. Item Number 3 - One Year Standard Warranty - 1 EA. Item Number 4 - Service Manuals with Schematics - 1 EA.
