NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE THERASPHERE RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL DOSES The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 for the Cleveland Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44131 intends to award a sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements The Contractor will provide a Firm Fixed Priced, twelve-month supply of Therasphere; these Radiopharmaceutical Doses will be used in the Nuclear Medicine Department at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. Therasphere Radiopharmaceutical Doses 15 EA used to treat liver cancer Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(2)(b) soliciting from one source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the proprietary Radiopharmaceutical Doses. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
