363 TRS are in need of 2 new Big Ass Brand Fans. Each fan will require installation and the old fans will need to be removed. A lift (30-45 ft ceiling) will be needed to access the fans. Preventative maintenance will be additionally purchased for a coverage total of 4 fans. Preventative maintenance will include a one time inspection of the 4 existing fans and any maintenance they will need at that time to maintain a good working condition.
