The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Serials Solutions to furnish all materials for the following:

CLIN 0001-AA: 360 Resource Manager and 360 Counter Electronic Resource Management Software maintenance and remote hosting.

This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any other businesses that can provide the CLINs provided above, they must respond to this notice before 2:00 pm CST on 17 September 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Serials Solutions.
