The Bureau of Engraving is seeking vendors to supply twenty (20) SUCKER, FORWARDING 2 STEP ADJUSTABLE WCF LIST E-606 P/N 6.003/10 AND WCF & DC LIST E-320 P/N 6.000/10 FOR RIGHT SIDE OF FEEDER HEAD, HOLE IN FORWARDING SUCKER MUST BE 10MM. FORWARDING SUCKER MUST ONLY HAVE ONE CABLE AND ONE LEVER ATTACHED. REPAIR PART FOR MABEG FEEDER FOR I-8 AND COPE PAK PRESSES. All offers must be submitted in writing and must be sent via fax, e-mail or mail. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. A written Request for Quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Place of delivery is Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76137. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and other non-price related factors. Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 52.225-1, 52.232-33, 52.219-6.
