This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial Supplies/ Services; prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6.As this announcement continues the only solicitation. Note that FAR 52.212-1,Instructions to Offerors-Commercial services, applies to this acquisition. In addition, the clause at 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions required implementing Status or Executive orders-Commercial Services to apply to the solicitation. Specifically the following clauses cited are applicable: Far 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for special disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers. All interested parties must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. Accessing the Internet or calling 1-888-227-2423 can obtain CCR. The CCR number must be obtained before the award can be made.NGA intends to issue a firm fixed price Purchase Order for the following listed item(s) I each Model 1550 Presto Saddle Sticther or equal, with Electronic plus/minus caliper, Long Book Detector, Missing stitch detector, PLC Control for (make ready assist, machine status, fault report and counter), and Control panel with 2-line alpha-numeric display. Saddle Sticther shall be expandable to ten pockets and shall be equipped with a cover feeder NAICS code 323110. Contractor shall include installation and rigging at NGA Site to be announced. The request for Quotation (RFQ) Number, for this requirement is HM157605T0009. Delivery Terms are FOB Destination. Delivery shall be made to a NGA location to be announced to the prospective awardees at the time of evaluation. The basis for award shall be made based on the following factors. Listed in descending order of importance: (1) Technical attributes of equipment, (2) delivery schedule, (3) past performance, and (4) the overall pricing. All interest contractors are requested to submit a written quotation that will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted via email, Faxed to 301 227 5759, or U.S. Mail.
