NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Wiregrass Avaition G.S.E, Inc. Wiregrass Avaition will be providing F-15 Vertical Stablilizer Stands to the 3 EMS. Qty: 3 This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The anticipated award date is 30 September 05. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 27 September 05.
