This Sources Sought Synopsis is a Brand Name Justification. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to purchase a commercially available brand name Coy Vinyl Anaerobic Chamber. Included in this acquisition are Installation, Software, Service and Support. The EPA believes that the Coy Vinyl Anaerobic Chamber is the only equipment capable of working alongside EPA lab equipment. Any parties disagreeing with the determination should notify the listed point of contact. This proposed action is for supplies which the EPA intends to solicit for and negotiate competitively. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
