Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW), Phoenix, AZ Office has a requirement for providing 11 each 345KV Single Phase Disconnect Switches. This is a Brand Name Requirement and the justification is posted with this notice. The manufacturer is Southern States LLC. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside with an assigned NAICS of 335313 with a size standard of 1250 employees. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. The Request for Quotation will be issued at beta.SAM.gov on or about November 18, 2020. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated, and only new equipment will be accepted.
