This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Indiana Army National Guard (IN-ARNG) has a requirement for caging and lockers at Gary Armory located 6289 West Industry Hwy, Gary, IN 46406. The IN-ARNG expects vendors to offer similar steel caging enclosures with locker and shelving. The enclosure shall reach from the ceiling to the floor providing division between each areas and providing security to the area's contents. The vendor is required to delivery and installation of the caging offered. Caging sizes vary from location to location. Measurements and diagrams shall not be provided by the Indiana National Guard.
Contractor: Provides the materials, labor, equipment to fabricate and install the storage area caging system. Consist of five caged enclosures. All door shall incorporate simple hasp type receivers for pad lock. The cage screen panels has be of woven welded wire mesh. The grid of the panels shall run in a horizontal /vertical configuration. Screens and framing shall be anchored to the existing concrete floor with wedge anchors. Upon delivery of material, manpower from contractor is required to off load material.
Site Visit: All vendors/offerors are encouraged to attend a site visit on 13 August 2014 at 1:30 a.m. EST. Please RSVP via email to [email protected] by 4:00 pm on 12 August 2014. This site visit is not mandatory per the following provision:

No other site visits shall be authorized. The intent of the Site Visit is as follows:
a) To provide opportunity to take measurements
b) To orient potential contractor to the locations of work
c) To become familiar with the existing structures
d) To become aware of any personnel
