Perform design services for a new gravity sewer, demolition of the existing Rodgers Pump Station, new storage equalization tank at the Mifflin Site, and replacement of the Mifflin Road Pump Station and the force main from Mifflin Road to the Streets Run Sanitary Trunk Sewer. The storage equalization tank and pump station shall be designed to handle potential flow reductions that could result from private sources.
