We are currently requesting bid proposals from qualified General Contractors for the Soft Story/ADA improvement portion of this project, including those certified with the San Francisco Contract Monitoring Department (CMD) as local business enterprises (LBE’s). The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) has assigned an SBE participation goal of 18% for this project.
