The solicitation is issued to establish Indefinite Quantity Contracts for multiple NIINs for competitive items for Federal Stock Classes 3110/3120. The solicitation contains an initial quantity of 325 NIINs. There will be a firm fixed price one-year base period of performance with four one-year option periods, for a total period of performance of five years. Ordering minimum and maximum quantities are available in the attachment along with delivery requirements. Inspection/Acceptance requirements are cited in the attachment. FOB is Destination. Evaluation will be line by line and offerors may price as many items as desired. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of each. The solicitation scheduled release date is December 10, 2011. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation.
