(CAGE CODE 97499), In Accordance With Drawing Number 406-310-405, P/N 406-310-405-101. Approved Sources of Supply: BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC. (CAGE CODE 97499) and REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC (CAGE CODE 77896). Production Units Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination and FOB Origin. Contractors First Article Testing is Deliver FOB: Destination, Inspection: Origin and Acceptance: Destination. Total Requested delivery is 290 Days ARO (Production of F.A.T 100 Days, 60 Days for Testing, 30 Days Government Review, and 100 Days for Production Units). This NSN is Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance, Flight Safety, Export Control, Critical Application, and Certificate of Quality Conformance, and Contractors F.A.T with one sample. Item is Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on July 10, 2013. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will not be included in the solicitation. If item is a source controlled drawing then DLAD 52.217-9023 "Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items" will apply. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. Request For Quotations (RFQ) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Commercial Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with a Three Year Base Period and a Two Year Option Period. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 48 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 48 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 192 each, and Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 192 each. The Guaranteed Minimum of 48 is applicable to the base year only. This RFQ will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFQ.
