The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for .308 Win PSPB Core-Lokt Ultra Bonded (150 grain); 200 rounds/case (34,0000 total rounds). In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Remington Arms Co., LLC, as they are the only source authorized to supply this ammunition for duty/service pistols used by Special Agents in qualification purposes as well as for official duty use. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated.
