Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to support the requirement for Innovation Glass Walls Tint, 305 AMW.

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All small business categories will be considered to include large businesses. Capability statements will also be accepted

Contractor Capability: Innovation Glass Wall Tint in support of the 305th AMW. The purpose of this requirement is to provide electrostatic tint to indoor glass walls.

The contractor would be required to provide the tasks listed within the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), provided as an attachment to this notice. Please make a special note to the requirements found at Draft PWS paragraph 1.5.3 “The Contractor shall NOT perform any services or work elements under this contract UNLESS NOTIFIED AND INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER.”

Responses to Sources Sought notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to two pages and submitted by email directly to Contract Specialist, 2nd Lt Christopher Thier, [email protected]. Responses are due no later than Monday, June 28, 2021 by 1700 hrs Eastern Standard Time. Any questions may be directed to the point of contact listed above.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 238150 with a Small Business Size Standard of 16.5 Million. The Product Service Code is 9340. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, office locations, CAGE Code, DUNs number, etc.

Capability to meet the tasks listed in the PWS.
