The NAICS code is 335312, size standard 100 employees. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERD IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION WEBSITE (http://www.ccr.gov) and have their Representation and Certifications Application filed under the new ORCA database (http://www.bpn.gov). If Representation and Certifications are not in the ORCA website then Representation and Certifications, FAR 52.212-3, must be accomplished and submitted with quote to be eligible for award.
