This solicitation is FOB Destination and 100% set aside for small business. The food items will need to be received January 2, 2015 and no later than January 16, 2015 to FCC Petersburg (Warehouse), 1060 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance.
