The project consists of pipe-bursting the existing sanitary sewer, horizontal directional drilling new water main, and storm sewer installation. The project includes service connections to the right-of-way, new fire hydrants, grading, and riprap. The roadway shall be reconstructed and replaced with an 18 foot wide HMA roadway with 1 foot ribbon curb on both sides. Alternate Bid #1 includes the Tensar TX160 Geogrid shown on the typical sections in the final engineering plans.
