Box 302, 15045 River Road, Hahnville, Louisiana, 70057, either by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, hand delivered to the Council Office on the Courthouse 3rd floor, or electronically submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Sealed bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Promptly thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the St. Charles Parish Council Chambers, 15045 River Road, Hahnville, LA 70057.
