IFB 306776 - 2910 BUILDING DEMOLITION Pre-Bid Conference: December 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Site Visit: December 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Bids Due: January 8, 2021, prior to 3:00:00 p.m. Capital Metro is remodeling our facilities at 2910 E. 5th St. and 624 Pleasant Valley Rd. in Austin, TX. This has been an ongoing effort that will last approximately five (5) years. To aid in this work we are seeking a Contractor to assist in phase 1 and 2 demolition process of our administrative offices at 2910. This is for General Construction services. Work may include, but is not limited to the work detailed in the Building Drawings, and the following tasks: 1. Contractor will obtain a demolition permit 2. Demolition will be scheduled such that the normal business practices of CMTA can commence. 3. Complete demolition in accordance with Attachment I, 2910 Building Drawings. 4. Contractor will always maintain a safe construction site and conduct regular safety inspections. Capital Metro utilizes PlanetBids for distribution of solicitation documents.
