The Texas Army National Guard intends to award a multiple award performance based indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to rebuild / repair of Cummins 6 cylinder 400NTC diesel engine fuel injectors, pumps and turbochargers for tactical wh eeled vehicles: M915A1 Line Haul Tractor NSN 2320-01-125-2640; M916 Light Equipment Transporter (LET) NSN 2320-01-028-4396; M917 20 Ton Dump Truck NSN 3805-01-028-4389 and M920 Medium Equipment Transporter (MET) NSN: 2320-01-028-4389 Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, services, supervision and personnel required to rebuild / repair of Cummins 6 cylinder 400NTC diesel engine fuel injectors, pumps and turbochargers for tactical wheeled vehicles. All rebuilt/repaired units shall be shipped FOB Destination to TX-RSMS, 748 E. McLeroy, Saginaw, TX 76179-4606. This procurement will consist of a one-year base period starting approximately April 15, 2005 through April 14, 2006, with four option periods. We anticipate purchasing up to minimum 60, maximum 600 Injectors; minimum 10, maximum 100 Fuel Pumps; and minimum 10, Maximum 100 Turbochargers per each contract period. This is a total small business set-aside with an associated NAICS of 336399, with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
