The proposed procurement is for NSN 2940-01-081-1877, Filter, Air, in accordance with drawing number 16236 CS-2940-0011. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for an estimated annual quantity of 7,047 each. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. This proposed procurement contains an opton to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The toal duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. Numbered note 26 is applicable. THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE OF April 30, 2004.
