J-- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the T55-GA-714A Engine, Input NSN & P/N: 2840-01-458-5361/2-001-020-39. The quantity is 10 each. Upon completion of overhaul, the assets anticipated shipment destination is Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX (FOB Origin). The government required output delivery schedule is 60 days after receipt of assets at a rate of 4 each per month. This requirement i s restricted to Honeywell Engine, Phoenix, AZ. Overhaul shall be in accordance with Honeywell’s blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(2), FAR 6.302-2, unusual and compelling urgency. The Government does not own or possess a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) nor technical data package for this item. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the competition Advocate’s Shopping List (CASL) procedures.
